Routine I try to skip every morning

I should start by saying that I really try to skip these but fail as often as two days or three days after:

  1. Checking my email first thing in the morning.
  2. Spreading the bed first- sometimes I spread the bed after I’ve had a shower, sometimes I leave the duvet bundled up and snuggle in after getting a cup of coffee- this happens a lot over the weekends.
  3. Working out- those early morning stretches- I struggle.
  4. Drinking coffee before the I leave the house.
