How often do you say “no” to things that would interfere with your goals?
From last year June, I learned that it’s easier to say no because of the weight it lifts off your shoulders.
So, this year I have learned and genuinely said no to:
- random get togethers- knowing how that there is nothing wrong with turning down meet-ups when I want a weekend to stay home and sleep, or clean.
- eating out when I am saving for an activity
- scrolling down a phone- endless tiktok and IG reels
- the voices in my head telling me that I am not worth it, or should not try stuff- this has led me to apply for more training opportunities.
